All members receive private label licenses to all "Products in the Rough," hereafter known as "PITRs," contained in the member's area. These licenses allow you the non-exclusive right to distribute the "PITRs" for profit, and include the non-exclusive right to use the sales pages that accompany them.
You may add your name to the products, alter the content as you see fit and distribute them in whole or in part for monetary gain. You cannot, however, sell the resell rights to the ORIGINAL, UNEDITED "products in the rough" or sales letters to others.
If you make SUBSTANTIAL changes / improvements to the content of the product, then you may take complete ownership of the product, claim your own copyright to the newly created product and offer resell rights at your discretion. Nicheology.com reserves the right to decide what constitutes a "substantial" change / improvement on a case-by-case basis.
Your private label license to the "PITRs" authorizes you to: sell the included "PITRs" in their current condition; add content to the "PITRs" to create your own unique products that you control; build an affiliate program and setup joint ventures; promote your favorite affiliate programs in the content; extract information to create lead generators such as ezine articles, mini-courses and short reports; launch a viral ebook and even sell customization rights, use some of the content as bonuses and upsells for related offers, package the information into a membership site and charge a one-time fee or monthly membership dues, sell on eBay.com and other online auctions after making "substantial" changes, sell resell rights to the "PITRs" after making "substantial" changes.
Nicheology.com reserves the right to approve or disapprove of any other usage of the "PITRs" that is not expressed in the terms of service agreement.
Database Ownership, License, and Use
Nicheology.com warrants, and you accept, that Nicheology.com is the owner of the copyright of the Databases of Links to articles and resources available from time to time through Nicheology.com. Nicheology.com and its contributors reserve all rights and no intellectual property rights are conferred by this agreement.

Judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitration may be entered in any court with jurisdiction to do so.
If any provision of this agreement is void or unenforceable in whole or in part, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall not be affected thereby.
Termination
These Terms of Use agreement are effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate this agreement at any time by destroying all materials obtained from any and all Nicheology.com site(s) and all related documentation and all copies and installations thereof, whether made under the terms of this agreement or otherwise. This agreement will terminate immediately without notice at Nicheology.com's sole discretion, should you fail to comply with any term or provision of this agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all materials obtained from this site and any and all other Nicheology.com site(s) and all copies thereof, whether made under the terms of this agreement or otherwise, with the exception of the "PITRs" and their accompanying sales pages. Termination of your Nicheology.com membership does not revoke your private label license for any existing "PITRs" you have obtained during your membership period.
